July 17th, 2010:
First Dragon sale! An hour before the show started yesterday in downtown Old Quebec, I get a call from a buddy of mine who went to my site and saw the large Dragon Trophy Mount. He's buying it! Cool - now I can finally start a major project I've been putting off since May: a life-sized bald eagle in-flight with talons outstretched. Should be a challenge.

Here's a photo of me and a good friend of mine at the show. I actually designed the cover for her book. Her site is called "Le Dernier Cristal" and the site can be seen here.

July 13th, 2010:
Hi everyone! Arthmoor just sent me back the latest T.I.E. build (1.36) with his Anvil corrections included, so it looks like we might be having another release within the next few weeks - although there probably won't be as much change included.

Also, in case you've been wondering how my dragon trophy sculpture is coming along, I thought I'd post a recent pic.

Pretty neat, huh? It's not finished, but it should be fairly soon.
Within the next day or so I reckon. The next step after the
final paint touchups (horns, spikes, lips, underbelly and sides,
etc) is to place the head on a large trophy wood slab so that
the client can hang it on his or her wall. How would you like to
run into a creature like this in the field? LOL!

For those wondering what I like to do when not working and modding Oblivion, here's your answer. :) DRAGONS! Sculpting, to be more precise. This specimen should be absolutely AWESOME when it's finished. Time to completion I reckon will be within a week - mainly because I still have to put on all the scales by hand. So...for anyone out there who might want to have a cool looking Dragon head mount for the gaming room or beside the computer, you just might wanna keep an eye on this one. I predict it'll sell pretty fast once it's done. :)

June 30th, 2010:
I visit the TIE thread in the official forums at least twice a week. Some people are wondering what kind of visual changes have been made to TIE's Magic - Destruction based spells specifically. So, to make the changes clearer for players, I made a little video (under 1 minute) showcasing the changes. Enjoy...

June 28th, 2010:
RELEASE! RELEASE! RELEASE! TIE version 1.35 is up! Check out the online ReadMe for changes made, along with the TIE page for additional information and download link. Thanks Arthmoor as well as others who contributed in some way or another.

June 28th, 2010:
Marken-DK in the official forums (is Dogsbody still an admin? I might consider resigning up if he isn't) asked what my load order is. Ahem - here it is:

Oblivion
Shivering Isles
TIE

That's it. I do run WZ inventory as well as the Morrowind grid UI, but that's it. Hey - what can I say? I only game roughly four hours a week (well, this week was way more because I wanted to beat the game), so my load order incoporates stuff I actually want in my game. Stuff I think is both semi-realistic and highly immersive. I know it's kind of pathetic considering the gazillions of gorgeous mods out there, but as I said I only play occasionally now. My greatest joy in gaming is modding and improving the game for you.

And having said that...expect a TIE release version 1.35 this evening. Just going through some final test runs and writing the Read-Me.

June 24th, 2010:
Victory! Finally beat the game...

Wow...finally did it. After having spent over four years modding the game and doing nothing but endless playtesting, I've dedicated myself to just playing the game.

After two weeks, I'm happy to say that the Oblivion gates have finally been closed shut - forever.

Contrary to what I've often read in the official forums, although the main quest was on the short side, it was not rushed or poorly written in my opinion. The Camorans made for exciting and valiant foes, as well as the daedra themselves - especially with TIE enabled.

Now, having beaten the main quest, I'll start a new game and do only the secondary quests, leaving the main quest alone. I'd have trouble being addressed as the Champion of Cyrodiil all the time.

Modding wise, beating the game has provided fresh insight into how the game can be tweaked further to provide additional challenges and atmosphere for the player. So, here's a  well deserved toast for the team at Bethesda, along with many wishes for a speedy
development of the next Elder Scrolls series. I'm hoping for Valenwood or High Rock or maybe even Somerset Isles, but anything will do. I've always been a huge fan of the Elder Scrolls series of games/simulations, so it'll be virtually impossible to dissapoint me.

In any case, expect T.I.E. Version 1.35 in a few days time...

Now up to version 1.35, the Tamriel Immersion Experience (T.I.E.) caters to those with kleptomaniacal tendencies - while using only resources that are found within the Construction Set. Check out the mod's information page and huge section of pics here.
NOTICE: Because WryeBash has evolved so greatly and because I am still working on SIE along with all my other projects at this time, the pages dedicated to WryeBash and how to render TNR compatible with other popular mods has been suspended. I will put them back up once I have more time.

Tamriel Immersion Experience
Fellow Oblivion fans, hello and welcome to the TNR Homepage. TNR stands for Tamriel NPCs Revamped. If you enjoy seeing well made in-game Oblivion characters, you've come to the right place. Over 1,550 modding hours have gone into the making of TNR, and now NPCs are far more believable and unique. Under the right lighting, a few even appear photorealistic. Check out the FAQ, have a look around, and enjoy your stay. I can be reached by E-Mail if you have any questions. Visitors wanting to find out more about the TNR based Overhaul (T.I.E., or Tamriel Immersion Experience) can visit this page.

Designed to maximize your thieving and immersion in the game, TIE utilizes only vanilla resources. Visit the TIE page for more information.

Tamriel Immersion Experience (TIE)

Also, please watch this space for the upcoming Shivering Isles version of TIE (SIE or Shivering Isles Experience). I and a few other people are still working on it.

Hear Me Not

Enhances thieving by reducing sounds such as doors, lockpicking, sack and crate opening, and a whole lot more.

Stealthier Magic

Removes most spell's
travel effects and casting as well as travel
sounds, leaving only impact related ones. End result is a stealthier
magic experience. Also affects enemies, so be careful.
