March 9th, 2010: Version 1.34 of TIE. Just revamped the Dragonback spawns In Cyrodiil so that the little blighters aren't so common. No big deal in comparison to 1.33, but having spiders everywhere can be a little disconcerting.
March 8th, 2010: Quite a few changes in the new 1.33 version of TIE:
- Arachnophobes beware!!! Cyrodiil is now SCARCELY populated with Cyrodiilean
dragonbacks - tiny little arachnoidlike creatures that deliver a deadly long term poison
when provoked. They're Elytra from Shivering Isles shrunk down to size and have had their
body sounds tweaked to be more realistic. The effect is so creepy and realistic that you
don't even hear it when they sting you. All you "sense" is a very slight blurring of your
vision - along with the standard "active effects" icon in the top right of the screen. If there
ever was a good reason to carry or make Cure Poison potions, Dragonbacks are it. You'll
find them in shallow water areas, throughout swamps and marshes in Cyrodiil's
southeastern regions, near farmlands, in the forest, in the hills, and in some caves and
ruins. Normally docile and tame, unsheathing weaponry near them is a surefire way to
provoke them into attacking. Some sound advice to follow when you're adventuring: listen
and look carefully before pulling out that bow or sword...
- Shivering Isles enthusiasts will be pleased to learn that to assist them in finding their way
to Bliss, several handmade lanterns (inverted flame stalks) have been placed in strategic
spots along Mania's main road.
- Most all of Shivering Isles' containers (urns, chests, hollow stumps, crates) have been
revamped to be more realistic in terms of content. Grummites, for instance, have little use
for gold or most jewelry, favoring meat and such. Heretic and Zealot as well as Seducer
and Saint containers have also been tweaked. Undead ones too.
- Several loading screens (both Tamriel as well as Shivering Isles) have been revamped in
terms of wording. Subtle yet helpful hints and clues to TIE gameplay have been
introduced.
March 7th, 2010: Quite a few changes in the updated 1.32 version of TIE:
1) The Grummite bows and arrows have been renamed "Bone bows" and Bone arrows" and
have been brought into Cyrodiil. You'll come across them via either merchants or some
NPCs and creatures.
2) Iron Bows and iron arrows have been cloned and renamed "laminated wood bows" and
"wooden arrows" and are available through merchants and some NPCs throughout
Cyrodiil. Traditional lore-specific Iron bows and arrows of course, remain in Cyrodiil as
well. The Wood bows and arrows have practically the same stats as that of steel bows
and arrows. Thus, players preferring steel to iron will enjoy these "wooden bows and
arrows".
3) Grummites in Shivering Isles are less docile, attacking on sight. They are also a little
faster and more dangerous.
4) Spriggans and Gnarls can be heard from much further away because of their size. This
gives them much greater "Entlike" appeal.
5) Deer have found their way into the Shivering Isles. Guess some NPCs or Seducers and
Saints like their hunting. I decided upon this in order to give players something
traditional to hunt without hurting atmosphere or lore. The absence of deer is not
mentioned anywhere in SI literature.
6) Shambles have "Damage Magicka" explosion spells rather than "Damage Health" ones.
7) Zombies and skeletons are also found in Undead zones along with SI undead creatures.
8) Both Baliwogs and Elytra have had their foot sounds quietened. The sounds of their feet
are much more immersive now.

TNR MODS
- Wrye Bash -
Now up to version 1.34, the Tamriel Immersion Experience (T.I.E.) caters to those with kleptomaniacal tendencies - while using only resources that are found within the Construction Set. Check out the mod's information page and huge section of pics here.
NOTICE: Because WryeBash has evolved so greatly and because I am still working on SIE along with all my other projects at this time, the pages dedicated to WryeBash and how to render TNR compatible with other popular mods has been suspended. I will put them back up once I have more time.

Tamriel Immersion Experience
Fellow Oblivion fans, hello and welcome to the TNR Homepage. TNR stands for Tamriel NPCs Revamped. If you enjoy seeing well made in-game Oblivion characters, you've come to the right place. Over 1,550 modding hours have gone into the making of TNR, and now NPCs are far more believable and unique. Under the right lighting, a few even appear photorealistic. Check out the FAQ, have a look around, and enjoy your stay. I can be reached by E-Mail if you have any questions. Visitors wanting to find out more about the TNR based Overhaul (T.I.E., or Tamriel Immersion Experience) can visit this page.

Also, please watch this space for the upcoming Shivering Isles version of TIE (SIE or Shivering Isles Experience). I and a few other people are still working on it.
Hear Me Not
Enhances thieving by reducing sounds such as doors, lockpicking, sack and crate opening, and a whole lot more.
Stealthier Magic
Removes most spell's
travel effects and casting as well as travel
sounds, leaving only impact related ones. End result is a stealthier
magic experience. Also affects enemies, so be careful.
