Definitely a "left of center" type of individual, the mad god himself seems amused by the attention.
If it is indeed true that only a fine line exists between genius and insanity, then most citizens living in the Shivering Isles can be considered to be tightrope experts. Forever swaying between the delusional and the real world must take its toll upon the mind and body. Fortunately, the longer one stays askew of "the norm", the more one can begin to enjoy the experience for what it is: a taste of the new. For Shivering Isles TNR, the emphasis was upon each NPC's character and in-game setting and stats. Dementia is not the only emotion and characteristic found in the mad god's realm. There is also despair, seduction, forgetfulness, being lost, and the downright bizarre. Still, despite the unpredictability and untrustworthiness of many of the characters, there are also many that appear somewhat normal. After all, the insane can only be considered so when compared to those who are not - or can they? I forget.

TNR All Races Final and TNR-SI (and TNR-SI-NoHelms) are now the only supported TNR mods. Use TNR for Shivering Isles as well as TNR All Races Final if you have the Shivering Isles Expansion pack.
Also, please watch this space for the upcoming Shivering Isles version of TIE (SIE or Shivering Isles Experience). I and a few other people are still working on it.
Enhances thieving by reducing sounds such as doors, lockpicking, sack and crate opening, and a whole lot more. Stealthier Magic
Removes most spell's
travel effects and casting as well as travel
sounds, leaving only impact related ones. End result is a stealthier
magic experience. Also affects enemies, so be careful.
