TAMRIEL TRAVELERS 1.3 RC 2

When CorePC set out to add new life and atmosphere to Cyrodiil, he ended up doing so in spades. Gamers everywhere cite Tamriel Travellers as one of Oblivion's quintessential mods to have. Now gamers on the wrong side of the law can avoid the risk of getting caught inside cities when buying and selling their wares. And noble hero characters can save time and energy in their travels by negotiating and bartering with these fine merchants and vendors.
What one notices with Tamriel Travellers is that now well equipped NPCs now appear across various parts of the map - usually along roads - and tempt the player in stopping for anything from a quick bite to eat or a chance to repair equipment, or even simply get rid of unneeded clutter amassed from dungeon crawls and house raids. And what's more, these NPCs in the latest version also come equipped with TNR faces. Talk about an immersion lending experience! Congratulations on your awesome mod CorePC, and I for one wish you many more great gaming moments to come.

Designed to maximize your thieving and immersion in the game, TIE utilizes only vanilla resources. Visit the TIE page for more information.
Tamriel Immersion Experience (TIE)
Also, please watch this space for the upcoming Shivering Isles version of TIE (SIE or Shivering Isles Experience). I and a few other people are still working on it.
Hear Me Not
Enhances thieving by reducing sounds such as doors, lockpicking, sack and crate opening, and a whole lot more.
Stealthier Magic
Removes most spell's
travel effects and casting as well as travel
sounds, leaving only impact related ones. End result is a stealthier
magic experience. Also affects enemies, so be careful.
