Dreaming the pyramid

If the picture above seems a bit strange, don't worry. It will make perfect sense soon. After all, assigning a human element to the most mysterious and intensely studied artificial structure in the world doesn't seem like the natural thing to do. Most people just do not equate the Great Pyramid with being Human - at all.

The main problem with trying to decipher the meaning of the Pyramid is that its teachings are almost too simple (and we do tend to embrace our complications as a species, don't we?). In order to grasp how the Great Pyramid might represent us then, the first thing one must cultivate is a childlike sense of perception and understanding. Then we have to take a look at how we are made in a spiritual sense.

On a spiritual or esoteric level, we essentially consist of:

• The four elements of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire.
• The twelve signs of the Zodiac.
• A thirteenth "perfect" sign, one containing the other twelve signs in one.
• Crystals.
• Seven chakras.
• Third eye.
• Kundalini - the sacred “serpent” energy.
• Male and female energies (like Yin and Yang).

Let’s find out more about these elements one by one.

EARTH, AIR, WATER, AND FIRE

• Earth: We have minerals inside us such as calcium, iron, cobalt, chromium, iodine, fluoride, molybdenum,
sodium, selenium, zinc, manganese, sulfur, and others. Upon death, our bodies also decompose and return
to the Earth.
• Air: We breathe it in in the form of oxygen, and out as carbon dioxide.
• Water: Water is by far the most abundant element within us (itself a combination of hydrogen and oxygen),
making up over two-thirds of our total body mass.
• Fire: fire is present within the human body in the form of our constant and warm-blooded body temperature
(98.6 degrees Fahrenheit).

THE TWELVE SIGNS OF THE ZODIAC
Astrologers say that our character and destiny is shaped from birth by the planets surrounding us as well as our Sun. The Zodiac separates these astral influences into twelve signs (Taurus, Scorpio, Gemini, etc). Philosophically speaking, humanity thus contains the twelve signs.

THE THIRTEENTH SIGN
The challenge of astrology is that we should not only familiarize ourselves with the strengths and weaknesses presented by our birth sign, but learn about all the signs and eventually become every sign in one - a "thirteenth” sign. By becoming the one sign that contains all the others, we then become more in tune with spirit and thus are able to relate with almost anyone regardless of the character they have. This thirteenth astrological sign is nameless, possessing no symbol of its own. In fact, most people aren't even aware it exists.

CRYSTALS
Two thirds of our total body mass is water (and to a far lesser degree, minerals). These elements are, in turn, subject to the geological processes of crystallization. Simply being alive prevents these elements from cooling down, solidifying, and forming crystal lattices at cold temperatures. We are therefore, liquid crystal beings.

CHAKRAS
The human body contains seven chakras or energy centers - with each chakra corresponding to a specific color of the rainbow spectrum. These chakras are distributed more or less evenly along the entire spinal column. Each energy center corresponds to a certain organ or area (such as the throat, heart, or genital organs).

THIRD EYE
This sense acts as mediator between our higher spirit and lower self. It is often referred to as the “mind’s eye”. Meditation and concentrated activation techniques help reawaken this sense.

KUNDALINI
Kundalini is a Hindu term assigned to designate the sacred energy residing within our bodies and chakras. It is often portrayed as a serpent or as radiating wheels of energy within a human figure.

SPIRITUAL ANDROGENY
Within each man there is a bit of woman, and within each woman, a bit of the masculine - like Yin and Yang.. However, long ago, it is possible that we consisted of not just one gender, but both at the same time and that we could "shift" between appearing like either one any time we wished.
